Jeffrey's team represents survivors who were exploited by a person in a position of trust or authority or by someone upon whom they were dependent in the institutional context. If you'd like to speak with his trauma-informed team to see if you may have a legal claim, click here.

Not every survivor wants to speak up and that’s okay. But for some of us, the silence starts to eat away. The pain shows up in our relationships, in our bodies, in ways we didn’t expect. And eventually, something in us says: I can’t keep carrying this alone. In this video, I introduce you to Jeff Preszler a lawyer who works specifically with survivors of child sexual abuse tied to institutions like churches, schools, youth programs, and the foster system. He’s here to talk about what can happen when survivors do come forward and how that choice, when it’s right for you, can ripple out and create real accountability. Because when institutions are forced to face the truth, they have to change. And sometimes, your voice becomes more than survival, it becomes impact.
