“Is it too late for justice?”

That question haunts so many survivors, especially those who stayed silent for years, even decades. Whether because of fear, shame, repression, or survival… speaking up doesn’t always come right away

But in Canada, the law has changed.

There are no statutes of limitation for CSA in most provinces and that opens new doors.

In this video, you’ll hear from Joey Fearon, a lawyer who works with survivors in their 60s, 70s, and even 80s. Survivors who are finally being heard and finally holding institutions accountable.

It emphasizes the importance of the legal system and community support . This message is part of Braving Healing, a movement centered on survivor storytelling, nervous system wisdom, and support for those impacted by CSA.
